There are three levels (types of users) of GemStone Technical Support depending on your registration status:
 |
1. Visitor / Evaluator
Complete access to all support information for 30 days.
2. Customer with Maintenance Contract
Complete access to all support information for the duration of the maintenance agreement.
3. Designated Technical Support Contact (DTC)
Complete access to all support information and to our Help Request System. Only 2 DTCs allowed per company. |
